Backup and disaster recovery for Arizona small businesses
Backups you canactually restore.
A backup only matters if it works the day you need it. We back up your servers and Microsoft 365, test restores to prove they work, and have a recovery plan ready before anything goes wrong.

Plan for the bad day
The questions every business should be able to answer
How much data can we afford to lose?
An hour of work? A day? The answer sets how often backups run.
How long can we be down?
The answer shapes how your recovery is built, and what it costs.
What gets restored first?
Priorities set in advance, so the systems that matter most come back first.
Who do we call?
Us. Support for clients is available 24/7, and urgent problems are worked right away.
Can we prove it works?
Test restore records show your backups are real, not just a checkbox.

A mortgage branch that stopped losing revenue to downtime
There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that [the team] prevented my mortgage branch from losing significant revenue by eliminating virtually any risk of downtime for us. ... Best of all, [they] explained everything to me in business terms and English, no technobabble!

Questions
Backup and disaster recovery, answered
Is backup included in Inventive Prime?
No. Backup is priced separately, based on what needs protecting and how much data you have. We quote it first, and nothing starts without your approval.
What do you back up?
We back up servers and Microsoft 365, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
Do you test restores?
Yes. We regularly restore real data to confirm your backups work, and keep a record of every test.
How fast can you get us back up?
It depends on what was lost and how much data is involved. We set recovery expectations with you up front and write them into your recovery plan.
Will backups protect us from ransomware?
Backups are your safety net if ransomware gets through. Combined with our security package, they mean an attack is a bad day, not the end of your business.
Why do we need to back up Microsoft 365?
Microsoft keeps the service running, but deleted files, removed mailboxes and ransomware can still cost you data. Learn more about Microsoft 365.
