Questions
Bank and credit union IT, answered
Can you help us prepare for an FDIC, OCC or NCUA exam?
Yes. Our team holds CISSP and CISA certifications. We help you gather documentation, close gaps ahead of time, and answer the technical questions examiners ask.
Do you work with our core processor?
Yes. We coordinate with your core provider and other technology vendors, so issues get solved without you playing go-between.
How do the incident notification rules affect us?
Banks generally must notify their primary federal regulator within 36 hours of determining that certain computer-security incidents have occurred, and federally insured credit unions report certain cyber incidents to the NCUA within 72 hours. We help you detect and document incidents quickly. Your compliance officer or counsel confirms what must be reported.
Can you give our board a report on IT security?
Yes. We prepare a plain-English summary of your security program, recent changes and open items, written for directors rather than IT people.
Will you answer our vendor due diligence questions about you?
Yes. We know you have to manage us as a vendor, and we'll provide what your vendor management program needs.
Will you list our institution as a client?
No. We never publish client names. Knowing who a bank's IT provider is gives attackers a head start on phishing your staff and members.
Request a free IT assessment.
Here's exactly what happens when you request one:
- 1A 15-minute call about your business and how your IT works today.

- 3A short, plain-English summary of your biggest risks, what an auditor or insurer would flag, and where you may be overspending.
Free, with no obligation. After you submit the form, we call you back the same business day to set up the first call.
